my 4 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with autism. Which in a way is a blessing because i thought she was just bad for no reason. i would like some info about family support groups and play groups.

my son will be 21 in acouple of days i have started investigating autism due to his development mentaly.as a toddler he woul bang his head on the floor suddenly and for no reason.he did not speak until he was about 4 and today his speach is hard to
uderstand if you have not been around him.
he is very gullable as to being easily talked into things and not understanding the consiquince of his actiones.
he was diagnoised as adhd in school but i never thought the sypmtoms fot the diagnosis he has neber been prescribed medicine for it and i belive this is due to the fact that they being teachers and doctor
were unsure he has a very high pain tolerance,and keeps inside his sekf it is very hard to get through to him he is ecelllent in sports graduated from h.s. and started colllege courses wer the instuctor was some what concerned about why he was in special ed oriagnoised as adhd. iwould like to find a dr.in the four corners i live in nm who is an expert in diagnosing autisim.
we need help.

I am trying to find information on the effect that gingoboab has on an autitic child who falles a sleep in clall, but takes melatonen and get enough sleep. Any help would be appreacted
